This portfolio showcases three separate home addition projects.
The first two examples showcase homes where an additional floor was added to create more living space. Both families were starting to outgrow their respective homes, but the owners desperately did not want to leave. In the first example the roof was in need of repair, so they decided it was an opportune time for the addition as well. In the second example, well there was a growing teenager involved and her private space wasn’t a nice to have, but rather a need tohave. Both of these jobs were extremely rewarding as the owners were able to stay in the house and neighbourhood they loved.
The third project is another example of an addition to a home to compensate for a growing family. This project included everything from excavation to finishes. The end results was an addition that looked like it had been there the whole time and yet another family happy to stay in the home the loved.
